RSVP for games
RSVP tells your team whether you are coming to a game, so scorekeepers and captains know who to expect. You need to be logged in.
Answer for a game
- Open your league and choose the RSVP tile. It appears when you are on a team (or registered, in a pickup league).
- Your upcoming games are listed by date. Use the filters at the top to narrow them down by status, division, team, location or week.
- Press Yes, Maybe or No on a game. The button you chose is highlighted. You can change your answer at any time, even after the game has started.
If you manage family members, there is a section for each of them. Each answer shows who gave it.
An RSVP isn't a lineup. The scorekeeper still chooses who plays, but players who said Yes are the ones offered first.
Team RSVPs (captains, scorekeepers and admins)
People who run a game also see a Team RSVPs section: for each game, how many answered yes, maybe and no, and who. Only your own team's answers are shown, and nobody else can see them. A scorekeeper or admin can record an answer on a player's behalf.
Sysadmins, league admins and a team's captain can press Remind to email the players who haven't answered. It shows how many people will be emailed and when the last reminder went out, and it asks you to confirm. A pickup league has no captains, so only admins send reminders there. Reminders are only sent when a system admin has turned that email on.
Pickup leagues
In a pickup league the RSVP page lists upcoming games for the leagues you are registered in. Scorekeepers and admins see who said yes, maybe and no for each game, and can search the registered list to add someone who turned up without answering.
